Please note that battery warranty is limited to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Returns & Restocking Fee:
Thank you for shopping at SunnyTech. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase/delivery date. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note that batteries are DG items and cannot be returned.
If a change-of-mind return item is opened, we may still accept the return in special cases, subject to a 10% restocking fee.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to:

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
Refund:
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
Repair or Replace (testing fees may apply):
We will replace or repair items where possible, and refunds will only be offered if a replacement is not available during the warranty period.
Original courier charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for the expense of sending any faulty product back to us.
In return, SUNNYTECH is liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the buyer, except in cases where the returned item is tested and found to be not faulty or not in the condition reported by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be required to pay for testing fees and return postage costs, and the item will be sent back at the buyer’s expense.
