PLEASE DO NOT SIGN the paper if items were damaged, otherwise, the courier and transport company may decline the claim!

  • Do not sign the receipt before inspecting for damage. Remove them from their packaging if there is any doubt.
  • Be specific in your notation: crushed corner, broken arm, forklift damage through center of boxes, wetness stains, leaking, etc.
  • Any visual damage found at time or you are unsure, refuse to sign for it or noted on delivery receipt, i.e., “BOX CRUSHED POSSIBLE DAMAGE”. Please also report the damage to us as soon as possible.
Please note: Once you sign for the goods, you accept full ownership of them in their current condition, and we cannot replace any damaged components.
